Our online Refund Policy
-You can return an item for any reason within 7 days for an exchange, refund or Credit Voucher (excluding Sale items)
- Our Free courier to you applies to garments that are kept, returns will be refunded less courier costs.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on Sale items
- All Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or wrong items shipped. If you received a damaged product please email us so we can resolve any issues ASAP. bydesignfashions@xtra.co.nz.
(please note, we do not offer change of mind refunds in our By Design Store Levin, but will of course meet our obligations the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trade Act 1986. We recommend you try on garments in store and let us help you discover your perfect look)
- Once By Design Fashions have received your items, your purchase amount will be refunded to your Credit Card used for the original sale. By Design will email you to confirm your refund has been processed. Please note it may take a couple of days to process.
