Order Cancellations
- Garments available on our online store are also available for purchase in our Levin Store. Please be aware that we try our hardest to keep our website accurate as possible, but sometimes we may have overlaps with your online purchase being sold at the same time in our store. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you as soon as we can and you will receive a full refund. We apologise in advance if this occurs. You are most welcome to ring us first before making and online purchase. 06 3682784.
- By Design Fashions will endeavour to supply all orders placed and accepted on our site. However, order placement and acceptance, does not constitute an obligation on By Design Fashions to supply. In the event a proudct on the site is listed at an incorrect price due to typo error or system error, By Design Fashions reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If an order has been placed and Credit Card Charged, By Design Fashions will issue a credit to your Credit Card for the amount of the incorrect price.
