Shipping policy

We deliver throughout New Zealand in 1-4 working business days.  We offer free shipping to you within New Zealand on garments that are kept.  If you choose to return a garment we will refund your garment less courier cost to you.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  By Design Fashions is not responsible for the safety of the item in return transit.  We strongly recommend you use a tracked courier system.  Please note we do not accept returns on Sale Garments.
